Evidence-based mindfulness for high performers

You used to have a baseline.

Rebase Institute brings a clinically grounded, eight-week mindfulness protocol to leaders and executive teams who want measurable results โ€” not platitudes.

The program

An eight-week protocol, not a quick fix

Rebase Institute runs small, closed cohorts for leadership teams โ€” built on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the most researched mindfulness protocol in clinical use today.

Each cohort moves through eight weekly sessions, building attention, body awareness and emotion regulation in sequence, with daily practice between sessions.

Format

Setting
On-site or virtual

About

About the instructor

Portrait of Andreas Hoel, founder of Rebase Institute

Andreas Hoel founded Rebase Institute after a career spent bringing clinically validated diagnostics to European healthcare markets โ€” work that means he is naturally sceptical of wellness claims that don't hold up to scrutiny.

Trained originally as a chemist (M.Sc., Technical University of Denmark) and later an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, Andreas brings the same evidence standard to mindfulness that he brings to diagnostic science: a program is only worth running if it is backed by data, and its outcomes are only worth claiming if they can be measured.

He is currently completing certified training as an MBSR instructor, sits on the board of Axlab A/S, and works with a small number of leadership teams at a time.
